Ive got a fat face.

I have a fat problem, this is actually a problem since I don't look the same. Yep, I have gotten nasty...
Anyways, so here is my pre- gym thinspo and week plan.
No binging, cause it makes me feel like shit and yea, its almost summer. I want to be happy...
So, Monday- Wednesday I am going to liquid fast. This includes a daily smoothie and tea/coffee/diet drinks.
Thursday, I am going to add soup or apple or something since I have to eat around the fam over the weekend.
Friday, I will be with a binge friend, so I am going to have to really try to throw up. I am awful at this but I think I have a friend that can talk me through it.
Saturday, I know that I can eat minimally b/c everyone will be busy with my cousins.
Sunday, I know that I can also eat pretty minimally.
The next week, I am thinking maybe more fasting. Maybe salads and fruit... but we'll see when we get there. At the end of the month,  I am buying my own scale. I think by then I would have lost enough to be okay weighing myself every day. And, without school I should be able to fast more cause I won't need 'brain food'.
Can't wait to confidently wear a sun dress again&look awesome in a bikini. :)
Off to the gym! Here is some Claire Danes, I get that I look like her all the time so seems relevant.
