Yummy

Berry Banana Smoothie
1 Banana
1C non-fat/low fat yogurt
5-6 small strawberries or 3-5 medium/large
1/3C blueberries
2/3C ice
Blend until well mixed. (if its thick add a little nonfat/lowfat milk or soymilk)


Strawberry Banana Smoothie
4 ice cubes
5-6 small strawberries or 3-5 medium/large

Orange/Banana/Strawberry Drink

1 cup orange juice
3 strawberries
4 ice cubes

  1. so, do you count an apple when you add up all your calories for the day? Or do you leave it out sense technically its on the negative calorie food list?
