So, I ate a whole bunch of total shit this weekend including dairy which I am allergic to! I am an idiot! I feel terrible! AND I had a group meeting tonight AND I AM MISSING IT. FUCKKK.
Point being, now I have to wake up super early (5/6am) to finish all of this because I ate fatty foods that makes me feel TERRIBLE.

----One hour of cardio or skip day (only two a week)
Wednesday:
Bfst: 2 eggs or small bowl of cereal or half bagel with marg/jam
Sn&L: apple or carrots or one bite or half pb
Sn&D: apple or carrots or out(only salad)
----One hour/30 min of cardio and rowing
